What is your vendor policy?

The Farrell has an open vendor policy allowing you the flexibility to select your own vendors. We have a curated vendor list that we would be happy to share with you.  A licensed and insured caterer is required. The Farrell does not charge additional fees based upon headcount, food & beverage or corkage fee.

Can The Farrell accommodate a wedding & reception?

Yes, The Farrell can accommodate a wedding & reception. In addition, our sister venue, Christopher Glenn, is steps away offering the ability to host multiple events when you utilize both venues.

How many people will your venue accommodate?

The Farrell's main hall is 3,200 sq.ft & the courtyard is 840 sq.ft. The capacity depends upon your desired set up. We have hosted events ranging from 75 - 250 people. Call or email us and we would be happy to discuss your event and offer our recommendations for capacity.

Does The Farrell offer event planning services?

The Farrell does not offer event planning services. However, we curated an extensive vendor list that we would be glad to share.

Does The Farrell provide tables & chairs?

The Farrell does not provide rentals. However, our curated vendor list provides contact information for rentals, lighting, caterers, planners, staging, etc.

Is on-site parking available?

The venue has limited on-site parking. Additional parking is available at the SOHO public parking deck just steps away from the venue.

Is your venue ADA Compliant?

Yes, our entire facility is ADA compliant.

Is event rental insurance required?

Yes, event rental insurance in required and a typical policy costs $175.
